II. Pre-sales Service

  1. We provide customers with necessary inspection conveniences and all technical consulting services. After the contract is signed, we will cooperate with customers to complete various tasks during the project construction process, such as project scheduling, design and manufacturing, documentation, packaging and transportation, commissioning and acceptance, etc.
  2. During the product production and processing period, customers may send representatives to the factory to supervise production, testing, and commissioning.
  3. After the product leaves the factory, our company provides technical consulting services. If necessary, the company can send personnel to train the user's operational staff.

III. After-sales Service

  1. When the product is delivered for use, our side will send dedicated personnel for对接 services, cooperating with the user's technical personnel for inspection and acceptance.
  2. Free guidance for installation and commissioning. We can provide relevant knowledge training to the user's operational personnel to ensure they master the product characteristics.
  3. A seasoned engineer with over three years of experience will be assigned for long-term follow-up services to ensure the smooth progress of on-site work.
  4. During the quality guarantee period, if any damage occurs due to the equipment's own quality, our side will be responsible for free replacement.
  5. After the quality guarantee period expires, our side will conduct regular inspections and maintenance on the supplied equipment and be responsible for lifelong maintenance for a fee.
