      The dual-power control cabinet achieves intelligent switching of power paths via a dual-power automatic transfer switch (ATS). When the primary power source experiences voltage abnormalities or power outages, the transfer switch completes the closing operation for the backup power source within 10 to 200 milliseconds. This process is monitored in real time by circuit current transformers, which feed signals to a microcontroller that controls an electromagnetic actuator to perform the mechanical switch-over. The core control module includes a voltage comparison circuit and a delay protection unit, which help prevent false operations caused by transient voltage fluctuations.

    Functional Features

      A dual safeguard mechanism—electrical interlocking and mechanical interlocking—is employed to eliminate the risk of parallel operation between the two power sources.

      It features an integrated RS485 communication interface, supporting remote monitoring of power supply status as well as query of switching records.

      Equipped with an overcurrent protector and a temperature sensor, the circuit breaker trips when the current exceeds the limit or the internal temperature rises above 85℃.

      Configure a power failure alarm device and a voice alarm system. When the main power supply is cut off, the system will provide multimodal alerts through both audible and visual alarms as well as voice prompts. The improved model introduced in 2024 features a wall-mounted, split installation structure that enhances seismic resistance, making it suitable for environments with frequent vibrations, such as subway tunnels.
