The dual-power control cabinet achieves intelligent switching of power paths through a dual-power automatic transfer switch (ATS). When the primary power source experiences a voltage anomaly or power outage, the transfer switch completes the closing operation for the backup power source within 10 to 200 milliseconds. This process is monitored in real time by circuit current transformers, which feed signals to a microcontroller that controls an electromagnetic actuator to perform the mechanical switching. The core control module includes a voltage comparison circuit and a delay protection unit, which help prevent false operations caused by transient voltage fluctuations.
Functional Features
A dual safeguard mechanism—electrical interlocking and mechanical interlocking—is employed to eliminate the risk of two power sources operating in parallel.
It features an integrated RS485 communication interface, supporting remote monitoring of power supply status as well as query of switching records.
